Getting into the projected space of the 4th floor, a reception area opens in front of us, to the right of it a waiting area. There is a guest bathroom behind the entrance area. Behind the reception area, there is a wardrobe, then in the central part there is a closed room, divided by sliding partitions into 3 zones. These rooms are designed for client meetings, master classes or brainstorming sessions. There are transit zones on the right and left sides of the projected space. The director's office, meeting room are located on the left side of the common room, followed by a free work area, a recreation area. On the right side there is a large lecture hall, which is divided into 2 rooms. In the case of a corporate party, you can move the partition apart and make it a single space.
Further along the corridor, we find ourselves in a common open workspace, divided only by a transit area and a recreation area. The recreation area has a florarium (greenhouse). The workplaces themselves are, if necessary, separated by polycarbonate partitions. To the right along the corridor is a staff bathroom. There is a bathroom for people with limited mobility. Next is the kitchen area for staff.
