The project for a roof terrace for this 3 storey
urban house, was the starting point for a more
profound renovation proposal.
For the facade the design proposal included balconies
towards the street. With wooden louvers attached
to sliding steel structures, in order to control
solar gain. A steel and glass canopy cover the main
entrance. Over it and at the top of the 2nd floor
plant pots bring color to the composition.
The steel work of doors is inspired in the
architecture of the 50's of mexico's city
neighborhoods such as La Condesa and La Napoles.
