This project satisfied the requirements of an assignment in the "Corporate Training and Motivational Development" class of the Instructional Design and Technology Program at Full Sail University. For this project, learners had to choose between a call center and a cat cafe chain as their customer and then create training assets to address the needs of the chosen company. I chose the cat cafe chain called "Purrfectionary". They are a national chain with over 200 stores. They are experiencing a decline in sales conversions likely because most customers are not being greeted within the first thirty seconds of entering a store.  For this reason, it was decided that cafe employees needed training in basic customer service skills.  Below, you will see the sketches and subsequent poster that was designed to add to store break rooms to remind employees why customer service is so important.
Above is a sketch of a draft idea that wasn't chosen for the final design. Its a vertical design of five solutions and skills to address a problem area in customer service.
