Below is the final logo and the design process for the final logo. I wanted to go with something more modern and fresh for this restauarnt. The owners wanted to keep the arc and an "irish/grungy" font choice.

After showing the first round of logos, they decided to stray away from the knife/fork and go with the liberty bell.

Again, this was the final choice.
