TINCTURES Performance, Hyderabad
Tinctures is piano/guitar duo, based out of Bangalore/Berlin. Their music is heavily based on congruent and yet musically dissimilar improvisation, on a motif based conversation, that creates the path for their performance.
The duo's sonic interaction is quite unique and intriguing. Extremely immersive improvisation.
One gets to hear everything from jazz to Indian classical to contemporary fusion, during the course of their set.
Tinctures is Aman Mahajan (piano) & Nishad Pandey (guitar).
They have quite a number of releases to their name and have performed all over the country and
in various locations around Berlin.
They also conduct in depth workshops and interactive musical sessions based on their work.
This was from Tinctures' third visit to Hyderabad, with a fresh set of improvisations to entertain.
