The Asia, EMEA and Americas Gold Clubs are one of my client's annual travel incentive programs for exceptional sales employees. 

BRANDING
Patterns researched and designed to reflect trip destinations are the heroes of each trip's unique look. Asia's 2019 pattern reflects the star/floral pattern seen on many of Phuket's temples and statues. Likewise, EMEA's 2019 pattern is based on famous Croatian lace, while the America's pattern draws its inspiration from Mexican textiles and Mayan artifacts.



REGISTRATION WEBSITE
Employees awarded with an invite to the year's Microsoft Gold Club trip are sent a congratulations email with a link to the program's branded registration website including a video about the destination, and information about the destination, hotel(s), optional activities, scheduled events and more. 



PRINT MATERIALS
After registration, employees are sent a branded pre-trip packet that includes a letter confirming chosen activities, a program of events booklet, and program luggage tags. On-site, branding is carried through to name badges, welcome folders that may included branded letters, signage, and notes left in hotel rooms or under hotel doors.

on-site MOBILE APP
To make trip information more accessible on-site, a branded mobile app is created for each trip. In addition to containing schedule and venue information, the app's splash screen may be used to highlight daily events like sunglass gift pickup times and locations.
