Impossible Geometry

Automation nowday is an invisible part of our lives, everything is automated, the manual actions are just illusions, we think to have control of our actions but it is not. Even taking a photo integrates several automatisms, Franco Vaccari introducted this theoretical construct in his work for Biennale of Art in Venice in 1972 with his performace called Esposizione in tempo reale n. 4.
This personal project is born from a new feature added in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 within the Lens Correction panel, this feature automatically fix up lines of buildings forcing the perspective. The resulting images show impossible geometries and sometimes the algorithm fails destroying the picture.
