MorrisAnderson Website
Project Summary:  This website for a business consulting firm was based off of a template that I designed, but highly customized to suit all of the needs of the client. This website is easy to navigate, and includes over 130 different case studies that are filterable by both industry and service. Because of the easy natural flow of the website and smooth, calming aesthetic, this website received a gold level placement in the AVA Digital Awards.

My Role: After receiving a sitemap from a copywriter, I was involved in a brainstorming session with the copywriter and GetOnlineNOLA marketing team to create basic wireframe sketches which I then transcribed into easy to understand digital wireframes using Adobe Illustrator. The wireframes included case studies that were filterable by service and industry, and individual case studies that showed off MorrisAnderson’s results and also linked to related pages. Once the wireframes were approved by the client, I designed the homepage, eleven backpages, and responsive mobile and tablet pages. The client’s branding and messaging relates their work to navigating a ship through troubled waters. I kept this in mind, using arrows as navigation imagery, and keeping to a calming blue-grey color palette, using MorrisAnderson’s red as a pop of color. I gave specific instructions to the programmer for hover states on all of the buttons and navigation. I also designed an icon pack for each of the industries (due to budget constraints I used stock imagery as a starting point for most of the icons, but adjusted each so that they would have the same look and feel).
