The navigation menu was redesigned by applying Chunking & Anchoring design patterns, for a better user expereince and improve understanding of the information hierarchy, inbox layout enabled for easier interactions

The Bid placing process was a 5-7 steps long process happening within pop-ups, the redesign completely revamps the long process into a single form experience chunking all relevant information into several steps
