The concept for THREESIXTYDEGREES was that I wanted to explore a different way to say 360°. I was inspired by Paul Rand's use of symbols in a simple way to communicate. In the end I created at tally that reflected the shape of the three sisters in the Blue Mountains.
To create the coloured background I combined a simple vector gradient and a hand painted watercolour texture in the same colours which created a clouding effect. This was then mixed with a greyscale photograph that I took of the Blue Mountains.
