I´ve illustrated the cover of @altairmagazine special issue about Cartography.
On its front cover, a pair of scientists analyze a cell as smallest unit of the human map, in scale with the planisphere. The figures are surrounded by elements that refer to articles inside the magazine and historical geographic measurement tools.
When medieval cartographers marked an unknown area on their maps they drew a monster and they wrote "Hic sunt dracones" (Here are dragons). decided to draw this dragon and call it "here are bots" as a joke to mark the 00:00 point from which Google Maps indexes your map.
