The Burton Sous Vide is a state of the art cooker, designed and manufacured in the UK.
Carefully designed to deliver the optimum combination of  efficiency, usability and style, whilst offering complete control. Every detail of the sous vide has been developed with the 'home cook' in mind,  providing an inovative, no nonsense platform , which allows the user to create consistant, perfectly cooked dishes every time. The advanced tempreture control system, insulation and self dampening lid, give the unit the ability to efficiantly and accuratluy maintain a conrolled tempreture across a 40-90°C range, with mimimum power usage.
