This project is a part of my course in Interior Architecture during my exchange semester at Ecole nationale supérieure des arts visuels de La Cambre, Brussels (Sep 19-Jan 20).
The objective was to create a series of lamp from one chosen material.
Cork sheets was taken as a material of choice.
Weaving of cork strips gave structural manipulation and stability to it. It also allowed light to pass through.
Cylindrical shaped Floor Lamp
Colour, Material and Finish.
Tetrahedral lamp made of laser cut birch ply and weaves of cork strips that can used as a pendant lamp as well as a table lamp.
