A vision to bring a new Senior Resources Center to Greensboro, NC was combined with the exciting prospect of also bringing a Community Carousel to the premise. I was asked to develop a concept for one fundraising campaign that communicated these separate goals in a way that easily made sense.
My solution...Nathanael Greene, the fearless Revolutionary War hero our city is named after rides for the campaign on a carousel horse asking you to 'Give Independence'.
The concept seamlessly combines these two different efforts by connecting the 'Independence' you give to our seniors by making a donation with a fun image of Nathanael on a carousel horse, which in turn promotes the carousel--while tapping into feelings of community pride and a sense of duty to both our past and future.
