Redesign a complex global capital markets application to support growth
Challenge: Redesign a complex global capital markets application to better support the organization's growth strategy; specifically better integrate data and features, better support end-user search and navigation, better integration local and global content and better provide a consistent, high-quality user experience
Process: Conceptualized designs based on an initial user research phase; followed an iterative design process including usability testing of mockups and prototypes; designed the site's features based on the latest search and navigation technology; developed an extensive information taxonomy and ontology to support improved information retrieval

Role: Design Lead; created wireframes and managed team of three designers
Outcome: Successfully met business and design challenges; new site has successfully supported growth with the company reporting revenue of $1.8 billion in 2009 and $2.0 billion in 2010
