Tom Waits is considered by many to be one of the greatest musicians of our time. To honor him, a special series of three albums was devised, and the covers were designed to tell a story characteristic of Waits’ stage persona. The case was illustrated with hand rendered separations of an iconic image of Waits smoking a cigarette with not one, but two packs on his person.
