LUSO wanted to create and implement a social media strategy that engaged Londoners - across various platforms - in a community-wide initiative to spread kindness.
1000 Acts of Kindness—led by the London Urban Services Organization (LUSO)—takes place each October and reminds people that small acts make a big difference. LUSO needed help with its online presence to get word out to the community and drive participation in 1000 Acts.
rtraction worked with LUSO to implement a multi-channel promotion strategy that included social media, raised awareness and helped increase website visits by 67% in 2011. The new website was designed so visitors would better understand how to register, submit acts, view acts and share, which helped keep up the momentum of 1000 Acts throughout October to the tune of over 100,000 total acts!
