This was a whole house project for our customer on behalf of a major celebrity client.
Our customer wanted a completely intelligent home with a complete technological revamp.
We specced :-
(1) a customised Wi Fi framework that enabled coverage even down to the bottom of the 100m garden
(2) Whole house Audio and Video including Sonus and Movie distribution.
(3) C.C.T.V with remote viewing access from anywhere in the world via Iphone and viewable on any t.v. in the house.
(4) Alarm system,flood monitoring system,electronic gates.
(5) Satellite distribution to all t.v.s.
(6) Entertainment area with Cinema,Kitchinette,fridge and Utility room.**
** This area had a cinema installed with a 2.35.1/16.9 auto sensing aspect projector and screen,including Yamaha blu ray players,Media system,3d hd projector,Klipsch speakers and Onkyo a.v. receiver and large screen t.v. in the snug for gaming.(all operated by custom Ipad)
(7) Lounge A.V. system.
(8) Control of all lights and electronic shutters via HA.*
* The system chosen was Control4 for this project as it was a quite straight forward and simple remit,nevertheless we had to customise and correct certain elements to ensure compatability with the lighting and shutters.
(9) U.S. power management system.
