a prominent telecom retailer in Kuwait, Hala Telecom was born to increase the product presence of the county’s third telecommunications company, viva. Wujoud was tasked with creating an identity that had youth and energy at it’s core, whilst still retaining an acknowledgement of local sensibilities and culture.
Our cross-cultural team jumped in, and researched Kuwaiti symbolism and culture in order to establish a premise for strategic and creative execution.
Representing happiness, freedom, friendship and fulfillment, a bird silhouetted in flight was selected as the creative cornerstone of the branding initiative. The colour palette subtly recognized its parent brand, and simultaneously embodied an energetic essence.
Wujoud spearheaded the implementation of Hala's new energetic identity on a variety of collateral including pop designs, radio advertising, press advertising, promotional material, and packaging with great success. Read Less
