הספר עוסק בטשטוש שבין מציאות ובדייה. בערוץ אחד, הספר מאגד בתוכו אסופת פרקים ומאמרים אקדמיים בנושאי חלומות ושלבי
.השינה ובערוץ השני משולבים קטעים ספרותיים ואמונותיים של האמנית סופי קאל, הידועה בסגנונה המתעתע בקורא

 כל אחד מהערוצים מאופיין גם ויזואלית בצורה שונה, באמצעות טיפוגרפיה וצבעים שונים
שני הערוצים מתערבבים יחד מעת לעת , כאשר המהלך המוביל של הספר וחלוקתו נעשה
 .ע"י חיקוי אחר מבנה אמיתי של חלום ושלבי השינה של האדם

the book is concerned with blurringout reality and fiction. On the one hand, the book incorporates acollection of academic articles in the subject of dreams and phasesof sleep, and on the other it incorporates literature pieces and thebeliefs of the artist Sophie Callewhich is known for her misleading style for the reader. eachof the channels is characterized both visually different, usingtypography and different colors
, both channels mix together fromtime to time, while the leading play of the book and its division ismade by impersonating a real structure of a dream and phases of sleepfor a person.
