AOL Australia came up with a requirement to start it's Shopping module and I was appointed to look into the design strategy and structure for the same. My role was:
- Competitively analyze the shopping modules of AOL's International portals (such as AOL UK, AOL EU etc.) to identify structural patterns and key differences.
- List out the cross-cultural behavioral aspects of the Australian users to help understand their online browsing, finding, refining, evaluating and buying behaviors.
