<title>Rural Subsidy M House 2008-2009</title>
<description>Rural Subsidy M House 2008-2009
Puerto Natales, XII Región de Magallanes,
Provincia de Ultima esperanza, Chile
The idea of “MSRH” during the gestation period, is the abstraction of the Rural Houses in this Context of a project of Modular Compact Housing.
The local and craft materials, construction methods, applications perceptions are contained within a natural, socioeconomic and cultural context.
MSRH provides a sample of this process of redefining architecture: A general development vision for this Modular single Rural Housing, which are manifestations of the local craft manufactured

A reduced and compact architecture does not mean “limited”.

<title> Public Library 2004</title>
<description>Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
A design for a public library with 2 million volumes and has 3 million annual visitors. The design was conceived as the physical manifestation of the library's role as informational, cultural, and urban connection point. The crisscrossed floor plan offers simple ways of finding varied atrium spaces. The copper honeycomb skin offers shifting transparency and shields the glazed facade from solar exposure.

<title>OUTsideIN House</title>
<description>OutsideIN House 2008-2009
Puerto Natales, XII Región de Magallanes,
Provincia de Ultima esperanza, Chile
The OutsideIN house is designed to bring the material from the out side in.
Materials carry ambivalent meanings in vernacular ways. On one-hand OusideIN houses are concerned with domestic and functional purposes.
A HOME that thinks has Passive Solar elements in order to collect, store, and distribute solar resources for heating, cooling, and day lighting. Trombe wall is a sun-facing stone wall built from richer materials that can act as a thermal mass
The Roof works as a wind sail in order to flow the air in one direction and captured rain running water
