As a Design Lead in Experience, I am driving the structure and methodology of the approach taken in the Design Organization, and the holistic and strategic creative direction of projects and programs integrating multiple disciplines and functions.
In this position, I have developed the confidence and the ability to offer a vision that compels through a rich understanding of a range of methods and tools, the time and effort to practice them, and knowing how to coordinate and deploy them to achieve desired results. I am setting up new ways of thinking about the problem, which enables innovation and gain followership. It’s about creating a strategy and developing a plan to realize it.
I am setting the agenda for a given scope, leading others through the delivery of great design work, and responsible for the output of a portfolio of solutions from small to large complexities.
I am responsible for elevating the Experience and Innovation capabilities, framing the end-to-end user experience, and supporting the professional development of the team members.

As a Master Designer in Experience Design, I am leading the holistic analysis and synthesis of knowledge across projects, interjecting pertinent research across to other functions, and designing/facilitating cross-functional creative sprints/workshops.
In this position, I am a specialist in my field of expertise and a mentor to upcoming designers. My focus is on design quality and I foster a culture of design critique within the team reassuring that the objective of the challenge is to drive the decision making.
I am setting the agenda and driving the conversation around my specialty within a range of projects, and responsible for developing processes and approaches to solve problems and leading others to solutions.
