Will anyone be able to see a collection of mine?

When you create a Collection, the default settings is private, so only you'll be able to see the Collection. If you'd like to make it public and displayed in your Profile, go to Me --> My Collections --> Click on the Collection of your Choice --> Check the box next to "show in my profile" (right hand column). This will make the Collection public.
