I'm unable to publish - what should I do?
If you are unable to publish, there are a few things that could be going wrong:
1) Make sure that you have content in your project.
Check this by going to Project --> Edit Project. If you don't have anything in this first section, The Content section, add your content.
2) Make sure that you've filled out the required settings.
Check this by going to Project --> Edit Project --> Settings. Certain fields on this page (Creative Fields, Project Tags, and Project Description) are required to public.
3) Make sure that you didn't set your project as "private."
Go to Settings --> Project Visible To. Click "edit" to change the settings.
If your problem isn't described above, please contact support for more help.
