Academic Studies
I hold a bachelor in Landscape Architecture from the University of Montreal and two diplomas from Collège Salette in Montreal, one in Graphisme (Graphic Design)and one in Infographie (Computer Graphics).
Academic Route
Having studied design, its language, its principles and theories in Landscape Architecture, I traded design of outdoor and public spaces for design with words, symbols, and images. Thus, I continued my passion for the arts and design, with as motivation to give form to ideas and to communicate emotions.
Career
I started my design career in a landscape architects' office, where I occupied the post of apprentice. In 1998, I traded landscape architecture for graphic design. Subsequently, I have worked in several communications companies of small and average size allowing me to see and touch all aspects of the business. This experience allowed me to deal with customers of various domains and allowed me to follow projects from the stage of conception until the stage of production.
Career Objectives
I am constantly keeping myself informed about technological and artistic developments in my field. My curiosity leads me to research and examine the body of work in field of design and advertising. I wish to work on projects which will challenge and strengthen my experience and will allow me to aim for new goals in graphic design. Read Less
