Without doubt I am a perfectionist. I love my work and I am obsessed with interaction and human behaviour. I have worked hard to strengthen my skills and deliver a high standard for every client I am fortunate to work with.
I have recently graduated with a first class honours degree in BSc Product Design from the University of Brighton. My experience has not just been limited to university projects but has also developed through numerous challenging and very rewarding commercial opportunities working with various companies and professional individuals; including projects related to Coca-Cola for the London 2012 Olympic Games and Brighton and Hove City Council.
Having proven design experience across a wide range of projects has allowed me to work and consult in areas such as manufacturing, design theory and branding, which has helped cement my design process and methodology.
My passion surrounding design is our interactions and behaviour. It fascinates me and inspires me, whether its interactions with websites, chairs or each other. I believe our understanding and ability to build strong relationships and communities comes from our ability to analyse process and behaviour and the importance of identifying user needs and focusing necessary information to avoid problems and/or disappointment.
From visual syntactics and eye fixation spans to font styles and cultural differences, I love it all.

Having a focus around behaviour and semiotics allows my design skills to be transferable and be effective in a wide and diverse range of industries. This experience has helped cement my design process and strong methodology in a busy commercial environment.
I am detail orientated and deadline driven. My sketchbooks are my best friends along with my camera and ever expanding collection of pens. I devote myself to every task I am fortunate to be involved in whether it’s managing projects through critical path analysis, sketch development, researching design theory or presenting to a client. I am proactive and able to manage tasks efficiently whether working on my own or as part of a successful team.
I am well organised, with a particular interest in human factors, semiotics, interaction, user behaviour, graphics, typography, and branding.
I draw on various influences to inspire my work, ranging from other designers, to my own personal travels round the globe and the amazing world around us.
I love researching new techniques and design theories and pride myself on my application of design principles throughout my work. This has helped create a work ethic that separates me from others and allows me to complete projects on time and to the correct brief specifications.
So far, I have worked on some amazing projects and been exposed to many different styles of design. I am energetic, passionate and constantly learning.
