I'm an independent digital product designer specializing in user interface design, user experience design, creative direction, mobile and tablet app design, and large-screen interactive experiences.
I'm passionate about creating intuitive product design and engaging interactive experiences. I have experience working on complex, multi-platform products for some of the world's premier brands in both in-house and agency environments. It's what I do. It's all I've ever wanted to do since I first picked up a pencil and started sketching penguins as a child.
Let's do awesome together.
I invite you to view my portfolio of work at www.studiobattle.com. I am seeking full-time art direction opportunities as well as freelance opportunities nationwide.

Market Art Director
Directed the monthly creative design, art direction and production of the Seattle/Tacoma Apartment Guide. I created the in-house design studio for Seattle office, streamlined creative design and production schedules, managed and scheduled creative workflows, managed sales team on creative matters, and managed team of freelance photographers.
I oversaw the magazine's growth from a small black-and-white pocket guide, to the region's largest 4-color digest magazine in just two years. Improved the design, layout, and organization to attract both advertisers and readers. In addition, I shaped the overall design of the publication, including writing copy, instituting consistent format for standard ads, and generating several production ‘soft runs’ to ensure seamless switch to new magazine format while still maintaining regular monthly production.
