Mission
We consider a company’s strengths, story, and culture, then develop a functional identity.
The brands we develop fit our clients and appeal to our clients’ customers. When we work with clients, we coach them in using the brand, discussing the brand, and reflecting the brand. In many ways, we provide (often physically) a brand user’s guide. We want our clients to fully own the identity of their company.
So, this is our charge to ourselves and our pledge to our clients, and their customers, and their peers:
1. Provide value, and protect it.
2. Tell the story.
3. Do not inflate, and never lie.
4. Explore creativity - you’ll know when you’ve pushed it to far.
5. Do what you do well, and do it as well as you can, or move on.
6. Be professional, and have fun.
Finer points arise now and then, but these are the guiding principles. These are the tenets of our company culture. This is who you’ll be working with.
