Born and raised in the city of Kuala Lumpur, Douglas now resides in Singapore to broaden his creative offerings regionally. At the age of 20 he fell in love with the advertising and design industry and has never looked elsewhere ever since. He has worked in numerous local advertising hot shops as well as international advertising giants in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
With a wide array of clientele under his portfolio over a decade of experience, creative awards was definitely suit to follow. Recently named "The First Asian Young Gun of the Year for 2010" and also already a winner in The D&AD Awards in London, The Cannes Advertising Festivals in France, The One Show Advertising Awards in New York, Australasian Advertising Awards in Australia, Adfest and Spikes for the region of Asia and Malaysia's very own Kancil Awards Festival.
