My name is Doug Vander Meulen and I love to create. Every Saturday morning of my youth was spent on my living room floor thinking of different creations I could make with the LEGO bricks spread out in front of me.
As a web and graphic designer, I have the privilege of helping clients create unique and memorable experiences. I enjoy the entire creative process, having built up experience the last 8 years in visual design, front-end web development and back-end web development. I strive to communicate clear messages that call users to action. I want to create things that help others succeed and make the world a better place.
I live in Chicago, IL with my wife, Mara, and three daughters, Brinley, Kaelyn, Skylar and a new boy on the way. We often share our home with others and are currently living in community with another family of four. So I appreciate the need to communicate clearly! Read Less
