The Role:
Help lead and mould the execution of design within time and budget across the creative team.

Responsibilities:
Design and produce marketing communications across our wide variety clients and disciplines.
Collaborate with the creative team and wider client services team to develop great creative solutions and then translate those into a variety of channels.
With the Producers and Creative Services Director, be responsible for creating accurate costings and delivery programs within budgets.
Stay current on industry trends.
Mentor other members of the design team along with the Creative Director.
Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals.
Lead the team in finding creative production and post-production solutions to bring to life creative ideas.
Maintain quality check on all pieces of design.
Instill a creative culture where ideas are regularly generated in a collaborative manner.
Conduct team member appraisals, set development goals and measure progress.

People Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a talented team of designers.
Mentor the team in best practice design thinking, skills and efficient processes.
