In this position, I work with product managers and study user needs to understand business requirements and help come with product concepts and vision for Payroll solutions, exploring multiple design directions for web, phone and tablet to envision the best possible solution, creating rapid interactive prototypes as needed to simulate interactions, while working with user researchers to do up-front user research, and to validate product concepts and designs.

In this position, I envision, research, design and validate new workflows and user interaction models for M2M and wireless remote asset monitoring and management applications, synthesizing user experience strategy, product management vision, user needs, and technology constraints to design and deliver user interaction prototypes, UI guidelines, high-fidelity UI mockups, and HTML/CSS code that optimize product usability, usefulness and user delight.

In this position I manage a team of user experience professionals who's duties include user research, interaction design, visual design, and usability engineering for Autodesk's Infrastructure Modeling Product Line based in Shanghai, producing computer software for desktop Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) and Web Mapping.

The Interaction Design Association (IxDA) is an international non-profit organization with a mission to advance the discipline of Interaction Design. We do this by creating platforms for our members to gather on, such as a 10,000+ member discussion list, annual conferences and local events. As local coordinator for Shanghai, I help the community organize events and facilitate face-to-face meetings that provide a platform of information/knowledge sharing, as well as networking opportunities.

Icorp is an interactive media agency specialized in planning and development of digital enterprises, with more than 10 years of experience operating in Brazil.

My roles at Icorp included: execution of Information Architecture, Branding and Advertising strategies for companies/products on the Internet; design, implement and maintain websites in the company's portfolio;

Radix is the biggest search engine in the Brazilian Internet. Radix's engine is based on robots that automatically index Internet pages, adding 500,000 sites per day to its database.

My roles at Radix included: brand development; web site UI; advertising/brand strategy; Interface Design of software of both Desktop Applications and the Internet.

C.E.S.A.R, Recife Center for Advanced Studies and Systems, is one of the main providers of Information Technology and Communication solutions for the Brazilian market. C.E.S.A.R has the international CMM level 2 certification for its software development process. In addition, it is an institution recognized by Brazil's Science and Technology Ministry to perform R&D projects for hardware producing enterprises.

My roles at C.E.S.A.R included: Interface Design of software of both Desktop Applications and the Internet, collaborating with Software Engineers and Project Managers on producing documentation; Execution of advertising campaigns, specifically for the web; design, implement and maintain web sites in the company's portfolio.
