• Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
• Interpreting the client's business needs by developing/contributing to concepts that suit clients purpose
• Developing and contributing to design briefs by gathering information and data through research
• Presenting options for design treatments
• Proof reading to produce accurate and high‐quality work
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, design programs through research, attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.

CLIENT RELATIONS OFFICER
• Managing clients’ arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities.
• Responding to client’s enquiries and provide general information to client.
• Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and client service.
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services of all Visionary Platforms
• Acknowledging customers promptly and treating them in a courteous manner.
• Assisting in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre‐requirements.
• Sales activity planning, including reviewing existing customer files to identify sales opportunities.

* Assisting the lead creative designer in daily design projects.
* Designing of editorial, brand identity and advertising design.

* Responding to customer’s inquiries and providing general information to clients, influencers, and prospects.
* Administer account portfolios, prepare and maintain key lending documentation, perform financial analysis.
* Seeing into the day-to-day running of the organization within and outside the office.
* Designing/prescribing the artworks, template or the graphic works of the clients and the organization itself.
