As Head of Design at Talent Inc., I lead a team of 12 product and communication designers in creating innovative career development tools and services. Talent Inc's mission is to help people build professional careers around the world, and our products and resources are used by more than 30 million people worldwide on 15 country-specific sites. My responsibilities include:
— Managing the design of successful career development products and services;
— Developing and executing on a design vision that elevates the Talent Inc brand experience and ensures that our products meet the needs of job seekers worldwide;
— Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to create seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints;
— Using user research and data analysis to inform product design and drive design decisions;
— Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation in the design of career development tools;
— Collaborating with business leaders to align design goals with Talent Inc's overall mission and drive growth

Working as a Lead Product Designer in acquisition team I was responsible for engaging new users in Resume.io core product:
— Designed solutions improving the C0 metric on the resume.io website;
— Worked closely with product management, engineering, and research teams to ensure that design decisions were informed by user research and data analysis;
— Contributed to the development of the overall design vision for Resume.io products;
— Mentored junior designers, providing guidance on design principles and processes;
— Participated in design critiques and provided constructive feedback to team members to improve product design;
— Developed visual communications for marketing purposes, elevating the Resume.io brand and driving user acquisition.

I built and supported processes in the design department (designers, ux designers, motion, illustrators). I also planned the economics of the design department and was responsible for time management.
