a few warm shimmers

a few warm shimmers of magiclaughfrosting for visual aesthetic enjoyment purposes. after creating mixed media work that is a blend of organic and digital processes, i enjoy taking a magnifying glass and focusing on particular micro-compositions and textures, recontextualizing them and creating entirely new images from elements residing in the main image. let your eyeballs dance.

Live Painting: Lincoln Center, New York

This is a 5 foot painting I worked on at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center, New York, NY. I was accompanied by a Juilliard string quartet. The event was a "live art" event in promotion of the film 'The Soloist', starring Robert Downey Jr. and Jamie Foxx. Project through Allied Ad Agency for Paramount Pictures.
