I'm a professional Illustrator and Fine Artist with more than 20 years experience. I have been commissioned to produce illustrations for articles and features in major newspapers and leading print and digital media.
My work shows versatility with a broad range of styles and themes. I adapt well to the brief of each client. I am fast and I have proven ability to find excellent solutions to meet the needs of clients.
I work well in collaboration with others and independently. I am an excellent communicator.
Much of this work has been to very tight deadlines with a very quick turnaround for newspaper publications. More often than not, I have also had to work to very tight budget proposals whilst retaining a high quality of work.

In 2014 was challenged to illustrate each and every hour of the 2014 Rolex 24 at Daytona in real-time for a hour-by-hour coverage. I keep pace with this notoriously chaotic endurance race. This activity has never been done before.

I am Founder and Director of this innovative Art Project, which I created as a contemporary contribution to portraiture practice. A “host” invites the artist(s) to their home and poses, acting as a modern day equivalent to when painters in the Middle Ages went to palaces to draw members of the royal families. With a strong grasp of composition and skill in both quick drawing and watercolour, the challenge is to capture the essence of the person or the memory of any special occasion and turn it into a true work of art.
