I never set out to become anything in particular, only to live creatively, and push the scope of my experience, for adventure, for passion…

I am currently based in Phnom Penh where I work both as a freelance photographer and as a multimedia project manager for Bophana Audiovisual Resource Center.

I am deeply involved in Photography and documentary making, an interest that became reality with a six-month internship at Magnum Photos in Paris, assisting photographers such as Raymond Depardon, Alex Majoli and Josef Koudelka. It turned out to be a fantastic springboard to get my work exhibited and sparked collaborations with Café Babel (in Hungary and Serbia), Nisimasa, Honkytonk Films and PhotoEspaña.

Currently, I work with Cambodian filmmaker and writer, Rithy Panh, who founded the Bophana Center in 2006. My job is divided into three parts :
- Developing an international multimedia project exploring the lives of people living on one dollar a day. Young filmmakers all across the globe will give them voice through seven minute video portraits. The project and website will be launched around mid-February 2013
- Training Cambodians in audiovisual & new media techniques
- Producing and exploring documentary storytelling

My experiences both as a content producer and a project manager allow me to lead projects from the conception to the final result- exhibitions, publications, screenings.

I graduated with a Master’s degree in International Relations and later earned a second one in Multimedia Creation and Production. I make all my choices with the intention of bringing together the two essential things to my life: my passion for images and imagery, and the need to discover and understand other realities. My experiences in France and abroad in different fields such as in Culture, Diplomacy and Photojournalism have opened my mind and improved my adaptability to face whatever unexpected situations may arise.
