Romanian-born director CRISTIAN STRAUB studied in Wim Wenders' class and has a background in classic cinema, but is also a musician and artist with a lifelong passion and curiosity for all things avantgarde. Beside his work as a film director (Wesc, Beiersdorf, Anna Fuchs et al.), he founded the Fashion Film Blog “Ravished by Illusions”, which features the best Fashion Films and their creators. In 2010 he also founded "Riese Farbaute", the first film production company in Germany which has it's main focus on fashion films.
