AJ Marquez
Palmdale, CA, USAMy art takes the viewer's mind into the crevices of the misunderstood and misinterpreted concepts that are slowly slipping from memory and bring back a mysticism to imagination. I use patterns and folklore and twist them up with an array of animals to anthropomorphize vague concepts together, so the idea of the piece is on the tip of the viewers tongue and lingers there for the viewer to contemplate and transform the piece to become their own in their mind.
