• Assist the Web Design Art Director in the leadership and management of the Web Design team
• Design amazing websites, landing pages, and email designs for Advisors Excel and its clients
• Work with the Web Design Art Director to continuously develop and improve processes in conjunction with other divisions
• Help develop new offerings or opportunities based upon client requests and custom projects the Creative team facilitates
• Review and approve design work of other designers
• Lead team meetings in the absence of the Art Director
• Attend meetings and assist in planning with other departments in place of, or with the Art Director

• Establish the vision, visual brand and design strategies for clients and Advisors Excel

• Plan, design and manage marketing campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously
• Stay abreast of current design trends and the latest technological advances, marketing outlets and media platforms
• Conceptualize and build small websites using Headway for WordPress

• Create, design and produce artwork to meet objectives of the College
