I was employed at Emperor as a print designer working across branding and annual reports for a number of FTSE 100 & 250 companies. As I had an integrated background I started to develop interactive projects. After the success of Man Groups online report I became a senior member of the interactive team bringing with me my knowledge and expertise of branding onto the interactive platform. Since being a part of the interactive team we have won the role of redesigning and developing many high profile websites such as ABF (Associated British Foods) and Cunard, which included an extensive 3d deck plan and navigator for all their ships. I have had the opportunity to attend a number interactive conferences including the usability conference by Neilson Norman Group. I have creatively lead pitches and client meetings and worked with developers, junior designers and flash designers in creating well functioning and usable websites that have aesthetic value and adhere to best practice. I have also been given the role to redesign Emperor’s own website.

DDB believes that if we were to take two minutes of a persons time it better be worth
it. DDB is renowned for its creative prowess, as such becoming an ar t director after three
months of employment liscensed me to be highly imaginative. Having the reputation
of DDB clients didn’t expect to see clichés or an idea that has been done, done and
done. After becoming ar t director I was lead on the pitch for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel
advertising for the Middle East, Africa and parts of Europe which we successfully won.
One of my main responsibilities at DDB was to develop the brand of a local Bahraini bank
emerging into new markets. This was a huge challenge and one I thoroughly thrived on.
At DDB I had the oppor tunity to learn a number of valuable tools developed across
its international network such as brand foundations, 4D Springboard and many other
playbooks which in themselves are invaluable.

I was responsible for Delivering inspiring communications of environmental and humanitarian concerns across different mediums. Conceiving new ideas to help
businesses combat green issues. At Satellite I was part of the team that developed The
Green Awards branding and advertising which has become a great success in the CSR arena.
