At the most recent turn of the century, I was an American illustrator living la vida loca in Barcelona. Illustration had been somewhat of a detour from my elected profession as a graphic designer, but my work for Wallpaper* magazine was getting noticed worldwide, and I was drawing regularly for such clients as Swatch, Bluefly.com, BMW, Naked Music, Moet et Chandon, and a surfeit of international fashion magazines, nightclubs, and record labels. Still, I continued to combine the two disciplines, creating catalogs and other collateral, as well as some successful logos for a host of fashionable clients looking for original graphic design.
In 2000, collaborating with my good friend, interior designer Alfonso de la Fuente Rey, aka, Pichiglas, I created my own boutique design agency, Colorola. Read Less
