I worked with the digital experience team at the American Cancer Society on the organization's various web properties. My tasks included search engine optimization(SEO) and search engine marketing(SEM) research and implementation using tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture, website updates, page design input, accessibility guidelines research, extensive use of the Oracle content management system, and organization of schedules and meetings.

My SEO internship included extensive SEO study and training. I performed extensive SEO research for clients requesting websites with SEO and then implemented the research through HTML coding and content creation for professional sites.

I performed various organizational tasks in an accounting office. I facilitated inter-departmental communication and distribution of documents. I also worked in a graduate programs admission office and helped process applications and facilitate acceptance and rejection letters. I also collaborated to create an overview guide of the Human-Computer Interaction graduate program including the creation of a logo for the program using Adobe Photoshop.

I plan to graduate in four years with Highest Honors with a B.S. in Computational Media and a Spanish Minor. I also studied abroad in Italy for 6-weeks in the summer of 2008.
