Hi, my name is Coen met een C (in English: Coen with a C), Dutch illustrator & designer, living in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Inspired by too many things to mention here, I developed my own very personal technique and colourful, atmospheric style, using textures, photography, collage and paint.

I attended the Willem de Kooning Academie in Rotterdam. After my graduation in 2004, I used to work as an illustrator, graphic, web & motion designer at different design studios, where I designed company logos, websites, brochures, motion graphics and illustrations for diverse companies.
Since 2009, I'm working as an independent artist.

Three of my works are selected for '200 Best Illustrators Worldwide 09/10' by an international jury and Luerzer's Archive, that is published in 35 countries worldwide, July 2009.
