Chase Baltz is a 23 year old illustrator, graphic designer and fine artist from Chattanooga, TN. He graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in June 2012 with a B.F.A. in Illustration with a Drawing minor. He currently resides in Cleveland, OH.
