I am a creative real estate development professional and designer. I have developed a unique set of skills and a deep understanding of the financial and physical components that create value in real estate. Since 1997 I have designed and built residential projects throughout Ohio, North Carolina and Tennessee; including, lakehouses, private residences and offices. This work established my passion for creating lasting spaces and eventually led me to real estate development. I have managed large retail real estate development projects and have worked on multiple urban planning and design assignments throughout the country. My passions for urban life, redevelopment and lasting vibrant places can be seen in my work and interests.
I graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture and from Clemson University with a master's degree in real estate development. I am also an active member of the Urban Land Institute. Read Less
