I am interested in developing authentic, memorable experiences with creative teams that know how to balance requirements with creativity and commerce in a collaboratively-managed environment, or are interested in moving in that direction.

My visual arts background gives me a unique inside track on a variety of traditional and social media marketing practices, and I am always curious to learn more. Read Less
I am fascinated by a fairly wide variety of areas. I am not always an expert, but I am curious and like to explore.

I am fascinated by a fairly wide variety of areas. I am not always an expert, but I am curious and like to explore.

Here's the dating profile run down.

Music: Anything, so long as it is good. I know that is subjective. I will listen to industrial techno, trip-hop, lounge, country, anything retro, indie, alternative, arty, classical, avant garde, weird and interesting. Laurie Anderson, The Clash, Grace Jones, Johnny Cash, Visage, OMD, Depeche Mode, Phillip Glass, Liaisons Dangereuses, Henryk Górecki, old punk and David Byrne/The Talking Heads/Tom Tom Club, are big, old time faves. Currently enjoying bits of Battles, The Bravery, Broken Bells, Fever Ray, Miss Kitten, Punjabi MC, Gogol Bordello, The Kills, Lady Gaga, Fugiya and Miagi, Vitalic, Bonde de Role... I'll stop there. You get the idea.

Authors (fiction): I seem to have a penchant for people kind of off the beaten track here -Kobo Abe, Vassily Asskianov, Mikhail Bulgavkov, William Gaddis, Haruki Murakami, Robertson Davies, D. M. Thomas.

Authors: Chuck Klosterman, David Foster Wallace, Benjamin Nugent, Daniel Pink, Tom Kelly, Dan Ariely, David Allen, Charlene Li, Josh Bernhoff, Malcolm Gladwell, Robert Wright, Chip and Dan Heath, Sandra Aamodt and Sam Wang, Scott Belsky, Matthew Syed, Joseph Campbell ( a wee bit), Jeffrey Kluger, Chris Anderson, Norma Doidge.

Okay. Enough about authors.

Interests: behavioural psychology/economics, cognitive psychology, consumer psychology, history, physics, art, music, statistics, pop culture, mass culture, trends, semiotics, talking ideas and trivia.

I'm forgetting movies here... Read Less
