My role involves creating digital transformation solutions for consular services. I am responsible for creating innovative solutions that enable Cabo Verde Diaspora to access online consular services more easily and efficiently. I am tasked with designing the user experience and platform for the Portal Consular de Cabo Verde, and ensure that all biometric data such as photo identification, fingerprints, and signatures are validated in a secure and reliable manner. I also create draft statements and design certificate models for digital documents with QR code functionality. Additionally, I create content that promotes online consular services, such as passport applications and multilingual certificates, through social media and other digital channels. My aim is to improve the accessibility and usability of consular services, and make it more convenient for Cabo Verde Diaspora to access them from anywhere in the world.
