Ceng Ma, Graphic Designer, AIGA member, TDC member, Gauge member. Ceng is currently pursuing a Masters in Graphic Design at California State University, Los Angeles. Ceng Ma, born in Qingdao, China, graduate of BFA program in Advertising at Qingdao University of Science and Technology in 2006. Later, he was employed at a local advertising agency while concurrently working as a Freelance Designer.
Ceng Ma arrived in the United States in 2008. In 2010, Ceng enrolled at California State University, Los Angeles, Department of Fine Arts. During his graduate study, he went Europe and Asia several times. He visited many museums, galleries, design exhibitions and world renowned art schools. Ceng gained knowledge of the design trends among the most industrialized countries through his extensive travels and exploration of art and culture.
Besides graphic design, Ceng Ma has also worked as a Street Photographer. When he was traveling and abroad, he documented the townscapes and people by using cameras. Ceng is also dedicated to studying the Film production techniques. In 2012, Ceng served as Production Designer in independent film “Made in China”. Read Less
